ACCOMPANYING PERSON

No formal programme has been arranged for delegate’s partners, however, the Cocktail Party and Conference Dinner, Site Visits etc are available to all partners. (see registration fees).

CANCELLATION POLICY

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after 29th July 2010. All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A $125 administration charge applies to all cancellations prior to 29th July 2010. A registration (with or without payment) is confirmation of registration and the cancellation policy will apply.
